I note that the 'Paintings for Sale' page gets a lot of visitors so I have updated it to ensure that people can see what is available. Happy viewing!

About me

I am a Jersey-based contemporary professional artist. This site will enable you to find out more about me, my paintings, where to see them, where to buy them, and even how to begin to learn to paint.

Latest news...

I am working hard to provide as wide a choice as possible for people touring the galleries in the days leading up to Christmas. There are smaller, very affordable paintings at Studio 18, as well as medium sized and larger works both in Studio 18 and at The Harbour Gallery. I have been asked recently about paintings of the sand dunes at St Ouen, and so I am currently working on a series inspired by that landscape.

 A bit of background

I am best known for my contemporary images of Jersey's coastline and I have found that there is great demand for the marine landscapes that can be seen in the on-line galleries on this site. However I also paint other subjects-including abstract works and if you have a browse through this site you will find many and varied subjects. In these days of social media more and more traffic to this site site comes from Facebook. If you see things you like, then please tell your friends!

More people learning to paint

I am very pleased with the increasing interest in my art tuition. If you are thinking about finding out more about the artist in you, why not get in touch?

Your own talent

I have recently added an article that talks about how I became a painter, because by sharing this story I hope to inspire others to pick up a brush and have a go.
